Title
Ramp it up Introduction
I am testing to see wich three cars will go the the farthest in cm on a 45< angle, 25< angle, and a 60< angle. I. Hypothesis
I predict that the lighter car will go the farthest because it wont slow down at the end when it hits the floor from the ramp. I also predict that the heavier cars will come to a complete stop at the end. II. Materials and Methods
The materials that I will need is a peice of wood plank, three different cars, a ruler, and protractor. With these materials I will be able to create my experiment. III. Results
The second heaviest car was the one that went farther at the different heights instead of the lighter car.
I thought that with a lighter car you would go farther. But the heavier the car the farther you will go. IV. Conclusion
So in the end the second heaviest car went the farthest. Could it be possible that the lighter the car the less the distance due to it's weight? V. Explanation
The reason why the medium weight car went the farthest is because it was heavy enough that it didn't slow down as fast. It seems like the lighter the car the shorter distance you will travel, and the heavier the car the longer distance it will travel.
